We decided to bring a little heat to our NYC frozen winter with a festive, family friendly "make your own taco night" which we also topped off with a Mexican milkshake standoff. Yum.
The decor needed to be easy, so I used VerTerra disposable plates, made from pressed leaves. Tulips are one of my favorite ways to add a splash of color and we used the limes in the food and as decor! Our sombrero made a great chip holder and I think the kids liked the added star fruit garnish the best.
I hope these ideas help you add a little "heat" to your winter!
