Here's a last minute favorite Thanksgiving gift, that you can make in 15 minutes, and bring to your host's home tonight!
Blackberry Cranberry Sauce
1-16oz package of local or fresh cranberries
3/4 cup water
The juice of 4 clementines or 1/2 a cup of orange juice
1/4 cup Cassis or Chambord (blackberry or black raspberry liquor)
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup refined sugar or honey
add a handful of blackberries or raisins for texture
Add all together in a medium size pan and boil for 12-15 minutes, til sauce thickens. Pour into a ball mason jar. I added a ribbon and a note. Garnish with orange zest or blackberries.
I am grateful for my family, always growing, being inspired by the amazing and wonderful women in my life, love, my daughters laughter, my husbands patience, and everyone who celebrates joy!
